Important Information
  • Students can participate in multiple categories (e.g., music, dance, art) but only one event per category unless stated otherwise.
  • Each event has a strict time limit.Exceeding time may lead to negative marking or disqualification.
  • All music tracks and technical requirements must be submitted 48 hours inadvance to the respective event coordinator.
  • Participants must carry backup tracks on a pen drive (MP3 format recommended).
  • Plagiarized content (songs, art, scripts, etc.) will lead to immediate disqualification. Only original or properly credited material is allowed.
  • Pre-scheduled rehearsals are mandatory for major events like group dance, drama, and fashion show. Missing rehearsals may affect your final performance slot.
  • Participants are responsible for their own costumes, props, and materials.
  • Props must be safe, non-flammable, and easy to install/remove from the stage.
  • Only participants and authorized coordinators will be allowed in green rooms.
  • Misuse of green room space may lead to penalties.
  • Judges’ decisions are final and binding. No appeals regarding scores or results will be entertained.
  • Participants must report at least 30 minutes before their scheduled event. Late arrivals may not be allowed to perform.
  • Maintain discipline and decorum in all venues.
  • Any act of vandalism, misconduct, or misbehavior will lead to disqualification and may invite university-level action.
  • No loitering or noise backstage during performances.
  • Respect others’ performance time and space.
  • Only authorized media personnel are allowed to shoot during performances.
  • Unauthorized photography or videography may lead to removal from the venue.
  • Entry to all event venues will close 5 minutes before the event starts.
  • Re-entry during performances may not be permitted.
  • If health protocols are in place, students must follow all university-issued guidelines.
  • Use of masks or sanitizers may be mandatory in indoor venues, subject to applicable rules.
  • Students must carry valid university ID cards at all times.
  • Consumption or possession of alcohol, tobacco, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
  • Participants must follow all instructions given by the organizing committee and volunteers.
  • Disrespect towards event coordinators, volunteers, or fellow participants will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
